Cookies from Honey Lanes are 5.0-5.5 ounces each. They're best enjoyed however you prefer - cold, room temperature, or warmed in the oven.
All cookies contain eggs, wheat, sugar, milk/butter. Some varieties contain tree nuts and peanuts.
Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our cookies, we do not accept physical returns or exchanges. Once food items leave our site, we cannot accept them back for safety and health reasons.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If your order appears damaged, incorrect, or missing items, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt.
Required Proof: Please email us at info@honeylanes.com with your order number and clear photos of the damaged packaging and cookies.
Resolution: Upon review, we will happily coordinate a replacement order at no extra cost to you or issue a store credit/refund.
Cancellations & Changes
Order Modifications: Because our cookies are baked to order, you can change or cancel your order up to 24 hours after placing it.
Late Cancellations: After 24 hours, we cannot cancel or refund your order as production or ingredient sourcing may have already begun.
